Several documentation points to "schevo.org" as the
product website.

I've noticed that the URL "http://schevo.org" redirects to
"http://schevo.org/trac".

Is this intended?

http://www.schevo.org points correctly to the product website.

Yes, for now.

The 'www' subdomain still points to the old server until everything has
been migrated.

Yes, for now.
Ok.

I assume that you will recreate the separation of "Product" and
"Project" resources.

Users hitting on schevo.org should not be overhelmed by a project site
(trac) and should quickly find the compact getting started:
